We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to David Alvin Anderson of Staunton, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alvin Anderson and Betty Jean Anderson Hoover (Sharp); his stepfather Roger Hoover; and his son-in-law Scott Fielding. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anderson (Farrington) of Staunton; his children, Robert David "Rob" Anderson (Mary) of Harrisonburg, Marc Denver Anderson of Rustburg, Nathan Kent Anderson (Brianne) of Stuarts Draft and Lori Fielding (Anderson) of Staunton; his brother Robert Dean Anderson (Renee) of Henderson, NC; his grandchildren, Connor David Fielding, Ida Joy Anderson, Riley Kai Anderson and Parker Emme Anderson; and his stepgranddaughter Morgan Fielding. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Linden Heights Baptist Church (371 Linden Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
