He was predeceased by: his father Chester Surratt. He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Mae Surratt (Clifton); his son Michael R. Surratt; his siblings, David Wayne Surratt (Janet) and Linda Smith (Jerry); and his granddaughters, Madeline Olivia Surratt and Chloe Miranda Surratt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
