We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2024, at the age of 78, Craig M. Peterson of Staunton, Virginia, born in Paterson, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Craig is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jerome and Ruth Bailey Henderson Peterson; his sister-in-law Judy Dell Meek; and his nephew Jeffery Dale Meek. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Hanger Peterson; his sons, Matthew Lewis Peterson and Allen Michael Peterson; his nephew Dr. Gregory Meek (Sharon Driscoll); and his pet Lacy.
