He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Zirkle and Mildred Elizabeth Jerrell (Melvin); and his son Carroll R. Zirkle, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Stacey L. Gilbert (Rebecca), Timothy D. Kelley (Nancy), Teresa, Preston Zirkle, Sharon Driver and Josh Zirkle; his grandchildren, Bethany Lotts (Michael) and Josh Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Carsyn and Noah Lotts; his siblings, Fred Zirkle (Katrina) and Judi Ward; and his cousin Margie Lund. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
