He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Garfield Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Lynn Hall Thorpe; his children, Nicolas Garfield Thorpe and Haley Nichole Thorpe; his brother Daren D. Thorpe; and his mother Wanda Lee Wright Thorpe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Thornrose Cemetery (1041 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Medical ICU at University of Virginia (1215 Lee Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
