He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray and Eleanor Cason (Oxford); his mother-in-law Evelyn Rankin (Ward); and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Rankin and Debbie Rankin.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Cason of Staunton; his brother Robert "Bob" Cason (Shirley); his nieces and nephews, Misti Pugliese (Tony), Arthur Cason (Jacqueline), Eleanor Pugliese (Gino), Angie Earhart and Chastity Shrewsberry; and his brother-in-law Frankie Rankin (Darlene).
