She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Eugene Dinkle and Patricia Ann Whetzel (Walters); and her aunt Janet Kirkland (Dinkle). She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff C. Dinkle (BJ Fragale) and Annette Lowery of Craigsville; her fiancé Sean Welliver of Staunton; her aunts and uncles, Alice Redifer (Bud), Yvonne Berry (Don), Fred Dinkle, Donald "Ricky" Dinkle (Phyllis), Richard Kirkland and Mike Walters (Brenda); her nieces and nephews, Derek Dinkle, Tabatha Whetzel of David, Williams, Jr., Ethan Fragale, Roger Lowery, Jr. and Raven Lowery; and her great-niece Harper Lantz.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens (1921 Shutterlee Mill Rd, Staunton, VA 24401). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Worship Center (200 Hammond Ln, Staunton, VA 24401).
