She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Roscoe Coleman; and her sister Jacqueline D. Toliver-Hines. She is survived by: her son Eddie Coleman (Coleman); her siblings, Ramona C. Toliver of Los Angeles, Joseph E. Toliver, Jr. of Dayton and George T. Toliver of Myrtle Beach; her nieces and nephews, Joseph E. Toliver, III, Michael Hines, Patricia White, Brenda Adams, Paula Lonergan, Carli and Kristi Toliver; and her aunts and uncles, Earl V. Toliver, James M. Toliver, Vernell Ashton, Mildred Ashton Holmes and A. Shirley Garland. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (415 N Augusta St, Staunton, VA 24401). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the Oaklawn Memory Gardens (1921 Shutterlee Mill Rd, Staunton, VA 24401).
