She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wade Curry and Catherine Marie Dodd Curry; her husband Ralph Leon Leitch, Sr.; her daughter Karen; her siblings, Roy Leon Berry, Linda Louise Berry Goins and Judy Lee Berry Botkin; her nephew Billy Beam; and her stepson Ralph Leitch, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Botkin, Betty Jo Botkin Blackford, Dana Kay Botkin and Katherine Ann Botkin Lyle (Jeff); her stepchildren, Ray Douglas Leitch (Anita) and Angela Kay Leitch Bratton (David); her grandchildren, Emma (Seth), Jennifer, Dylan, Jerry and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Alana, Aria, Chase, Dallas, Hayden, Liam and Nova; and her former husband Gary Botkin.
