It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aaron Rudolph Stevenson of Staunton, Virginia, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Steverson and Lottie Jane Steverson (Touchberry); and his son Steven Bruce Springs. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Carpenter-Tacy (David) of Staunton and Angela S. Thompson (Vernon) of Staunton; his siblings, Terry Steverson of Florence, SC, Rita Creel (Michael) of Florence, SC and Patricia Connor of Florence, SC; his grandchildren, Adam Springs, Morgan Carpenter (Dustin Chapman), Arin Thompson, Kenneth Thompson, Brent Tacy (Jamie) and Amber Coulson (Chris); and his great grandchild Henry Tacy.
