He is survived by: his wife Jean Katherine Bray Southers of Star Tannery, VA; his children, William Guy "Bill" Southers, Jr. (Cindy) of Richmond, VA, Robert David Southers (Lois Of), Donald Edward Southers of Gore, VA, Susan Elizabeth Southers Dellinger (John) of Manassas Park, VA, Richard Douglas Southers (Wanda) of Raleigh, NC and Terence Lee Southers (Diane) of Woodstock, VA; and his brother Jack D. Southers of Wilson, NC.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great- grandchildren.
