He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Corbin Lichliter and Esther Louise Heiston; and his wife Lorraine Ann Wines Lichliter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Elisa Retana of Timberville, VA; his daughter Aarika Lynn Allen (Andy) of Star Tannery, VA; his stepson Salvador Retana, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Natalie Paige Butts and Salvador Retana, III.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial contributions to Stover Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
