She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Casey and Nellie Slough Casey; her husband Richard Leonard Curtin; and her son Richard Leonard Curtin, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jaz Mary Curtin of Winchester, Therese Casey Shrimplin of Winchester, Christine Adrienne Welsh (Steve) of Winchester, Patricia Allison Martz (Gary) of Summerfield, FL, Diane Avery Hottle (Will) of Star Tannery and Richard Casey Curtin of Big Sandy, TN; and her sister Mary. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
