She was predeceased by: her parent Mary Rich Petrosky; her husband Robert Clark Hoffman; and her brothers, Metro Petrosky, George Petrosky, Charles Petrosky and Michael Petrosky.
She is survived by: her parent Michael Petrosky, Sr.; and her sister Helen Olexa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
