He was predeceased by: his parents, George Byron and Beatrice Locklear Stout. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Brill Stout of Star Tannery; his children, Zack Hockman (Melissa) of Woodstock and Joe Stout (Robin) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Treasure Hockman, Kristen Hockman, Addison Hockman, Cheyanne Stout and Dakota Stout; and his siblings, Barbara Wine, George Stout, Jr. (Cathy), Mike Stout (Sharon) and Tony Stout (Sophie).
