He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Isabelle Campbell Williams; his wife Sandra "Sandy" Kerns Williams; his daughter Angela Burge; and his siblings, Gary Williams, Barbara Clater, Norma Brown and Charlotte Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams (Jessica) of Stanley, Robert Williams (Pam) of Front Royal, Timothy Spiker (Pam) of Strasburg, Ashby Spiker Jr. (Leslie) of Front Royal and April Spiker of Front Royal. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
