He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Kenneth and Katherine Petefish Purdham; and his wife Betty Jo Manuel. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Sue Breeden and Karla Renee Purdham (Scott Switzer); his brother Douglas Purdham (Karen Paige); his grandchildren, Dustin Breeden, Heather Campbell, Derek Breeden (Ashlee), Jason Cave and Joshua Alger (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Makenna Breeden, Liam Cave, Cole Cave, Brynlee Wolfe and Blakelee Jo "B. J."; and his close friend Perry Patton.
