He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Jenkins of Stanley; his children, Jennifer Hart (John) of Front Royal and Kenneth L. Jenkins, Jr. of Luray; his stepdaughters, Carolann Shipe (Andrew) of Bealeton and Danielle Sitko (Jeremy) of Germany; his siblings, Michael L. Jenkins (Brenda) of Manassas and Donna M. Bailey (Edward) of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Princeton Jenkins, Kamryn Jenkins, Aubree Hart and Caison Hart; and his stepgrandchildren, Aiden Sitko and Maeve Sitko.
