He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Addison Smith III; his grandparents, Robert Smith, Donnie, Deborah Lancaster and Dale Eavey; and his great-grandparents, Doris and Sam Cox.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert A. II and Kimberly Noel Eavey Smith of Stanley; his children, Damon Eavey of Fulks Run and Kyleigh Eavey of Fulks Run; his sister Mikayla E. Smith of Kentucky; his half-sisters, Whitney Price and Miranda Price; his grandmother Linda Smith of Broadway; and his child Kelly Weaver. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
