He is survived by: his wife Betty Morris Marsh; his daughters, Kimberly Marsh Mesa (Patrick) of Wilmington, DE and Tonya Marsh Campbell (Chris) of Glen Allen, VA; his sister Shirley Ann Small; and his grandchildren, Riley Campbell, Deacon Campbell, Sydney Mesa, Alexandra Mesa and Madeleine Mesa.
