She is survived by: her children, Elbert Lee Manuel Jr., Terry Cecil Manuel (Debbie), Stephen Allen Manuel, Dorothy Mae Morris (David), Patricia Lynn Manuel Collier (Timmy) and Sherry Melissa Shifflett (John "Henry"); her brothers, Steve Hale (Evelyn) and Edsel Hale; her grandchildren, Little Terry, William, Megan, Amanda, Brian, David Jr., Jennifer, Tracy, Austin, Christopher, Shannon, Chad, Cameron, Margaret and Kenny; and her friends, Catherine and Ernestine. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
