He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeSantis and Helen Rossi DeSantis; his brothers, Donald DeSantis and Leonard DeSantis; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Vieira.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Vieira DeSantis; his daughter Elena Lam (Derek); his grandchildren, Kolby, Savannah, Kylie and Presley; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia DeSantis, Gayle DeSantis, John, Robert, Daniel, Joseph (Jeannine) and Louis (Rhonda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
