He is survived by: his parents, Duane Tooley and Doronda Tooley of Stanardsville, VA; his brothers, Jason Tooley and Jeremy Tooley of Ruckersville, VA; his nephew Kolton Tooley; his niece Julianna Tooley; his uncle Phil; his aunt Gwen Ann Noll of Martinsburg, WV; and his cousin Jamie Noll of Martinsburg, WV.
