He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Howard Shifflett and Lissie Collier Shifflett; and his brothers, Espered Earl Howard Shifflett and Rosser Elbert Shifflett. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jane Shifflett; and his sister Shelviajean S. Allen.
