Houston O'Fenton Odom Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Houston O'Fenton Odom of Stanardsville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby E. Jacobs Dykes; and his siblings, Robert Jacob Odom, Guy Randall Odom and Mary Odom Vick. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Odom; his daughters, Debbie Dickson (Jim) of Nashville, TN, Jennifer McCalley of San Diego, CA and Cheryl Gramling (Dana) of Springfield, VA.; and his grandchildren, Jordan Little (Coleman), Mady Howell (Graham), Caleb Cunningham (Tiffany), Bella Lopez (Jack), Anna Cunningham, Jack McCalley, Geoff McCalley, Kaitlyn Gramling and Chelsea Gramling. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nortonsville Church of God (1505 Simmons Gap Rd, Dyke, VA 22935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (614 Evergreen Church Rd, Dyke, VA 22936).
