He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Anderson, Sr. and Helena Exelda Gonyea Anderson; his brothers, Charles Joseph Anderson, Jr. and Dale W. Anderson, Sr.; and his granddaughter Alyssa Lynn Preston.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Preston, Victoria Anderson, Allie House (Tony) and Christopher Zyderveld (Tabitha); his stepson Michael Tyndall; his children, Cheyenne, Chase and Houston Anderson; his grandchildren, Robert, Makayla Preston and Colton Zyderveld; his nieces and nephews, Dale W. Anderson (Sharra), Chris Anderson (Becky), Timmy Anderson (Alicia), Marc Anderson (Paige), Emily Anderson, Jordan Anderson, Johnny Anderson (Andrea), Missy Anderson, Teresa Handle, Ben Miles and Charlie Miles; and his siblings, Karl Anderson (Debbie), Michael Anderson (Patricia) and Terry Athey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a go fund me page to support Gene's minor children in their time of need.
