She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Lerony Lingelbach; her husband Michael Dwayne Pugh; her siblings, Steve Michael Courtney, Charles Keith Lingelbach and Linda Arlene Van Reuth; and her stepfather Ralph Joseph Sutton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lisa Michelle Sutton-Stewartson, Glen Wayne Van Reuth, Richard Barry Lingelbach and David Shawn Sutton; her children, Kelly Pugh Shifflett (Hank Shifflett), Eric Michael Pugh and Jason Matthew Pugh; her grandchildren, Kalyb Matthew Griffin-Pugh, Jared Morgan Shifflett, Jenna Noel Shifflett, Logan Nathaniel Kibler, Autumn Baily Pugh, Kenzie Marie Pugh and Ella Rose Pugh; and her great grandchild Jeremiah Cole Griffin.
