He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Perry and Elsie Mae Shiflett; and his siblings, Randolph Perry Shifflett and Bonnie Kay Greenbaum. He is survived by: his wife Mae Elizabeth Garth; his sons, Jody Vaughn Shiflett (Cheryl) of Virginia Beach and Jamie Cordell Shiflett (Kelle) of Yorktown; and his grandchildren, Campbell Peyton Shiflett, Owen Parker Shiflett, Jackson Cole Shiflett, Bailey Garth Shiflett and Reese Elizabeth Shiflett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
