Fain Lewallen Sandin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fain Lewallen Sandin of Stanardsville, Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ernest Lewallen and Frances Russell Moser Lewallen; and her husband Bruce Martin Sandin. She is survived by: her brother William Lewallen (Bill); her children, Charles C. Wilson, III, Gary P. Wilson and Kathryn Wilson (Kelly); her grandchildren, Chelsea R. Killam (Tait), Asheleigh E. S. Herring (Michael), Anna Carlini (Dom) and Andrew Wilson (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Haedyn Herring, Brielle Herring and Paisley Herring.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stanardsville Baptist Church (103 Madison Rd, Stanardsville, VA 22973).
In lieu of flowers, please donate to one of Fain's favorite charities, St. Jude's Hospital for Children, ASPCA or similar organizations, or Turnnel to Towers in her honor.
