She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Clyde Powell and Mary Elizabeth Moyers; her husband Leroy Alfred Eppard; and her brothers, William, Linwood, Raymond Jr. and Thaddeus.
She is survived by: her son L. A. Eppard Jr. (Cathy); her grandchildren, Misty Kolb (Robby) and Corey Eppard; her great grandchildren, Leigha and Benton Kolb; and her siblings, Meredith, James and Nora Dillon. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to Greene County EMS or Hospice of the Piedmont.
