He was predeceased by: his brother Edward J. Goolsby; and his grandparents, Roy M. Goolsby, Sr., Ernest and Hazel Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Roy M. Goolsby, Jr. and Janice Williams Goolsby; his children, Bella and Eddie; the parent of his children Lara Goolsby; his children, Lexi, Dawson and Sadie; the mother of his children Tiffany Thomas; his grandmother Martha Goolsby; his sister Jessica Schramm (Jimmy); and his nieces and nephews, Emmagayle, Amelia Schramm, David, Hunter Horne, Weston and Timothy Schramm. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other family members and special friends.
