She was predeceased by: her parents, Shepherd E. Ward and Ida Dunn Ward; her husband Carl F. Eppard; her son Dale S. Eppard; her sisters, Sarah Ward, Mildred W. Gay and Jamie Bennett; her uncle James A. Dunn; and her niece Sue G. Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Darryl Eppard (Rita) and Mark Eppard (Adena); her daughter-in-law Sandra Eppard; her grandchildren, Justin Eppard, Daniel Eppard, Brandon Mawyer (Mariah), Kayla Blincoe (Adam), Morgan Eppard and Brittany Canniff (Derek); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Anthony, Raygan, Connor, Bennett, Elliott and Samuel; her brother-in-law Harold Eppard; her friends, Judy Eppard, Debra Shifflett and Janice Jackson; and her pets, Mushy and Pink. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Anne's memory to Medi Home Hospice and/or the American Diabetes Association and/or a charity of one's choice.
