He was predeceased by: his parents, George Papaspyrou (Ekaterina Francoskias) and Vasilios; and his sister Theodora Marigkounis (George). He is survived by: his wife Eleftheria; his children, George Papaspyrou (Angeliki) and Katherine Giannopoulos (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Despina Giannopoulos (Daniel Hawes) and Eleftheria Giannopoulos (Dominic Peri); and his brother Athanasios Papaspyrou (Katerina) of Athens, Greece. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nativity of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church (12326 Spotswood Furnace Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
