He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Raines, Sr. and Laura F. Raines; and his sister Jarma Lee Merriman. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell E Raines Jr. and Carolyn M. Roberson. He is also survived by his stepchildren, his step grandchildren; his nieces; his nephews and his friends.
