It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophia Quayson of Stafford, Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Sophia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sophia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1399 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1902 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
