He is survived by: his wife Betty Lucille Musselman; his son Samuel Lee Musselman, Jr. (SueEllen); his grandsons, Michael Shane Musselman (Kristin) and Matthew Ryan Musselman (Jessie); his great grandchildren, Ava and Peyton; and his grandson Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
