She was predeceased by: her mother L. V. Wactor (Bell). She is survived by: her father Philip R. Wactor, Jr.; her husband Steve; her sons, Ryan (Ashley) and Jason (Jerilyn); and her sister Elva Damron (Mark). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
