He is survived by: his father George William Pickeral of Virginia Beach, VA; his wife Deborah Pickeral of Stafford, VA; his children, Seth Pickeral of Stafford, VA and Brooke Pickeral of Blacksburg, VA; and his sister Vicky Hays of Alexandria, VA.. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, many cousins, and friends.
