He was predeceased by: his former wife Letha C. Branham; and his father Harold "Dash" Branham. He is survived by: his wife Fabiola Branham; his sons, Eddie Mullins and Allen Mullins; his grandchildren, Brandon Mullins, Nathan Mullins and Teresa Mullins; his great grandchild River Young; his mother Joyce Lee Branham; and his sister Vicki Amaya. He is also survived by two nephews, and three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (300 White Oak Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Memorial Park (10127 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22553).
