We bid farewell to Kenneth Frank Fisher Jr. of Stafford, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 20, 2025 at the age of 88. Kenneth Frank touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty S. Fisher; his parents, Stella E. Fisher, and Kenneth F. Fisher, Sr.; and his brothers, Richard T. Fisher, Sr., James A. Fisher, Sr. and David E. Fisher, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth F. Fisher III of Stafford County and Julia E. Ranagan (Mike) of Spotsylvania County; his stepson Edward M. Payne (Diana) of Texas; his grandchildren, Raymond, Sarah, Ashleigh and Heather; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Noah and Claire; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Fisher, Ann Fisher and Pam Fisher. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and eleven great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg (10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
