He is survived by: his wife Dale Fairbanks; his children, Karen DeShazo-Hawkins, Kristinia Fairbanks, Shawn Fairbanks and Courtney Hamman; his grandchildren, Rachael, Tristan, Benjaman, Maddison and Kayden; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Olivia and Easton; and his sisters, Joan Geiger and Deborah Fairbanks.
