He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boyd Turner and Alyce Kay Turner; and his brother Terry Lynn Turner. He is survived by: his children, Gerry L. Turner, Jr., Christopher M. Turner and Stephen R. Turner (Alexandria); his grandsons, Liam Turner and Theo Turner; his sister Kimberly Sullivan (Brian); his nieces, Amanda Sullivan and Clare Sullivan; and his stepmother Cheryl Turner.
