We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 63, Donald H. Payne Jr. of Stafford, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Payne, Sr. and Jackie Noel; his uncle Tom Daniel; and his brother Chris Jenish. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Jean" Payne; his children, Crystal Gouldman (Ben), Crissy Thayer and David Crabtree; his grandchildren, Haley, Tinley, Grayson, Ashleigh, David, Anastasia, Corbin, Stacey (Cody), Ronnie (Diamond), Zach (Tori), Cheyenne, Cassidy and Skye; his great grandchildren, Riley, Lani, Eli and Mason; his siblings, Steve Payne (Michelle), Denise Stanley (Butch), Tim Jenish (Bonnie), Michelle Bridges and Brittani Noel; and his stepparents, Curtis Noel and Frances Payne. He is also survived by two aunts; five cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
