As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Devon Ann may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her father David Downham. She is survived by: her children, Jeremiah, Alayna and Jayda; her mother Deborah Weller (Red Meaker); and her sisters, Shannon Savage (Mark) and Megan DiGennaro (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be sent to a savings account that has been set up for Jeremiah, Alayna, and Jayda.
