He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Vanover and Agnes Vanover; his stepmother Daphne Vanover; and his siblings, Gwin Perry, Catherine South, Louise Vanover, Brenda Vanover and Donald Vanover.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Vanover (Julie), Sharyn Witkowski (Jason) and Rhonda Vanover (Hille); his grandchildren, Victoria Elbers (Peter), Victor Vanover II, Aleksandra Witkowski, Kristopher Witkowski and Adrianna Witkowski; his great grandchildren, Briggs Vanover and Atlas Elbers; and his siblings, Linda Ramey and Robert Stanley (Pam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Stafford (1310 Courthouse Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
