She was predeceased by: her son Charles Elmer Wagner Jr. While; her parents, Willie Fred and Nellie Ruth Rowe; her husband Charles Elmer Wagner Sr.; her children, Cheryl Lynn White and Rudolph Dewayne Wagner (Pope); and her sisters, Irene Shirley Jones and Willie Pearl Talley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Michael Wagner (Pope) and Terri Yolande Wagner (Pope); and her daughter-in-law Kelly D. Hessig-Wagner.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554).
