He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Mike (Linda), Shelly (Mike), J. D. (Tracy) and Jennifer (Jason); his grandchildren, Chris (Suzy), Megan (Frank), Josh, Dillon, Matt (Mayara), Cole, Evan, Devin, Christian, Aubrey and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, James, Roman and Juliet.
