She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop William Butler, Sr. and Jennie Butler; her husband James Edgar Wise; and her sister Melba Santiago. She is survived by: her siblings, Elmira Nixon, Pearl Smith, William Butler, Jr. and Malcom Butler; her son James Edgar Wise II; her daughter-in-law Pamela Drummond Wise; her grandchildren, Ashley Patricia Wise, James Edgar Wise III (Latisha) and Kimberly Wise Scott (James); her great grandchildren, James Edgar Wise IV and Lola Ruth Wise; and her close friend Margret Jackson. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; relatives.
