He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Lewis (Kitty). He is survived by: his daughter Helen Lewis; his siblings, Ann Ward (Paul), John Lewis (Shirley) and Barbara Enos; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy O'Sullivan and Deloris Fagan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
