She is survived by: her children, Gerard M. Thompson, Molly Thompson and Sarah M. Albamonte; her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Brian, Andrea and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Alice, Rhaidyn and Jaxson; her cousin Nancy Craigmyle; and her daughter Nanci Worthington.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to the Explorer's Club of N.Y.C. for grants to support students doing valuable research in the sciences.
